Dr. S. Purushothaman is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at SRM Easwari Engineering College, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He is B.E graduate and holds an M.B.A. Degree with specialization in HR and Marketing. Completed his PhD in the area of Management on the topic “Competency Skill Mapping for IT Professionals”. He is a dynamic professional with more than 13 years of experience in Teaching, Research and Industry. His area of expertise into Marketing, Human Resource and Operations Management. He also has 3 years of experience as Works Manager in Anjan Drug Private Limited. He is also an editorial member in International Journal of Management Research and Social Science and he has written book chapters in the field of Management related to Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, Operations, Health Management and Digital Marketing. Authored the book titled “Business Analytics – Tools and Application for Strategic Decision Making” and “Logistics & Supply Chain Management”. He has participated and presented Research Papers in various National and International Conferences and has published nearly 34 Research Articles in the National and International Journals. He also a consultant for various online Edutech start-ups in India.
