Dr. Anshika Bansal, is Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce, Govt. P.G. College, New Tehri (Uttarakhand). She did her graduation and Post Graduation from H.N.B. Garhwal University (Uttarakhand). She qualified NET, U-SET and CA (Inter examinations). She has got her Ph.D. degree with the topic “The Role of Human Resource Practices on Organizational Effectiveness”. She is having a teaching experience of 3+ years in the field of Commerce and Management at higher education. She is the author of two books & has published several research papers in leading journals.
