There are two important changes, amont others, in this edition of the book. First, the subject was developed by using vector notations from beginning. This method is not employed in many universities. In this edition a non - vectorial method is widely used. Whenever an answer to a question is required it is given separately. The book can be studied with or without the knowledge of vector analysis. Secondly equations were given in both Gaussian and SI Units, which would cause some confusion. In this edition all results are expressed entirely in SI units.
