Rajesh Kumar Nigah is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce, Sri Aurobindo College (E), University of Delhi. He is an alumnus of S.R.C.C. He has the vast teaching experience of more than two decades for different courses and subjects. His area of expertise is Accounting, Finance, Taxation, and Organizational Behaviour. He has to his credit several research papers/articles. His current area of research is “A study on the impact of HRM practices work culture and employee intention to leave”.
