About Authors

Dr. Sushma Sharma is an assistant professor in the Faculty of Management. She has over 15 years of teaching experience and 2 years of corporate. She is M.Phil. and Ph.D. in Management from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak. Her area of Interest is High Performance and Strategic Management. Dr. Sushma Sharma has published 17 Research papers and has presented several research papers in International and National Conferences. Dr. Sharma currently handling multiple administrative responsibilities- Program Coordinator (BBA), NAAC(Member), Convocation Committee (Member) and Timetable In-charge and has been instrumental in institutional growth along with initiating quality education in the SRM University, Sonipat.
